Always Client Centered.
That includes being a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and Board Certified Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (BCTMB).
I take the time to listen to you and your goals for each session and formulate a plan to meet those goals.
With over 20 years of experience and education, I have a multitude of techniques and modalities - basically a toolbox - to use to meet your goals ... and if what we are trying to do and you do not care for, I have another way to still work and meet your goals.
By no means, do I know everything, nor am I everyone's therapist, But I can say is I will always strive to bring you the best service for our time together. And should there be a time I cannot do this, I have a huge network of other therapists I could refer you to.
Thanks for visiting, and have a great day.
Wherever you are in your life's journey, I can help meet your goals. From a session focusing on relaxation, or meeting specific need, through pregnancy (and after), or keeping your athletic training at its best (weekend warrior, office athlete, or Olympic hopeful, or just tired of being in pain and getting little to no results, I am here for you.
With over 20 years of practice and study I am so sure you will feel the difference, I guarantee it! If you cannot say that you feel better than when you arrived, I will not charge you. That is not bragging on my personal accomplishments, but the difference in the approach I use to work towards meeting your goals for each session.

I got my start in massage while still in high school. My high school had a program called Health Occupations, which was an introduction to the health field. In my senior year, this class allowed the students to work at the local hospital, nursing home and children's wing, where the students performed massage on the patients, 20+ years later, I am still doing massage.
Still, I continues my education in massage and bodywork since. Currently, I have well over 2,000 hours of education in the field of massage and bodywork. I also saw the need to join and to be active in my professional associations: the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB - I am Nationally Board Certified #397447), the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). Within the AMTA, I now serves as the Financial Administrator and Newsletter Editor for the California State Chapter. I also saw the need to pursue and to receive the California state-recognized certification. I am a Certified Massage Therapist. (CMT #4487)
